Flex customers must submit an EpicCare ticket by Friday, December 6 at 5:00 PM Central Time if they wish to defer their upgrade. Those who do not submit a ticket will follow the on-cadence upgrade and update schedule.

During this time, your Pilot and additional environments will be unavailable as Epicor performs the upgrade. Afterward, you’ll have over five weeks to test the new features in the Pilot environment.
